Make invitations in the shape of a dinosaur or dinosaur footprint. Or fold up invitation and put inside a plastic egg along with a small plastic dinosaur.

Decorate area with plastic or stuffed toy dinosaurs, plastic ferns and rocks. Cut out dinosaur shapes and footprints from colorful posterboard.

Have a dinosaur egg hunt or dinosaur dig (plastic dinosaurs in a sand box). Provide chalk for guests to make prehistoric drawings.
